Shipping policy

We ship across India. Here's what to expect once you place an order.

Order processing

Every order is packed and handed to our courier partner within 2 business days of order confirmation. You'll get a confirmation email the moment your order is placed, and a second email with tracking details once it ships.

Delivery timelines

Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 2 to 5 business days, depending on your location — metro cities are usually on the faster end, and more remote pin codes may take a little longer.

Business days are Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed on a Sunday or holiday are processed the next business day.

Shipping charges

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address. 

Tracking your order

Once your bike is on its way, we'll email you a tracking link so you can follow it right to your door.

Delays

Occasionally, weather, courier disruptions, or remote locations can push delivery past our usual window. If your order is running late, reach out and we'll chase it down for you.

Damaged or missing packages

Please inspect your package on arrival. If anything looks damaged or a part is missing, kindly contact us within 48 hours at feralplaytools@gmail.com with photos, and we'll try our best to sort it out quickly and efficiently.
