Warranty

Every Kittoo balance bike is built the same way it started — in small batches, with a laser  focus on quality. We stand behind the work we produce with a one-year warranty on every bike we sell.

What's covered

From the date of delivery, we cover manufacturing defects in the frame, fork, and core components for 12 months. That includes:

• Cracks, weld failures, or structural defects in the aluminium frame or fork
• Faulty wheel hubs or sealed bearings
• Defective adjustment mechanisms (seat post, handlebar clamp)

Our frames are built from rust-free 6063 aluminium, so normal outdoor use — rain, mud, the occasional hose-down — won't void your warranty. That's the point.

What's not covered

• Normal wear and tear — tyre wear, grip wear, minor paint scuffs from riding
• Damage from accidents, misuse, or riding conditions the bike wasn't designed for
• Damage from incorrect assembly or unauthorised repairs
• Bikes used for commercial purposes, rentals, or resale
• Cosmetic wear that doesn't affect how the bike rides

This warranty covers the original purchaser and applies to bikes purchased directly through feralplaytools.com.
