What age is Kittoo suitable for?
Kittoo grows with your child and is designed for children roughly 1.5 to 5 years old, with an adjustable seat height from 30cm to 47cm. 

What's a balance bike, and why not just get training wheels?
A balance bike is considered a child's first entryway to freedom through motion. balance bikes have no pedals. Kids push off with their feet to get going, which teaches balance, hand-eye co-ordination and learning to steer first. Most kids that learn to ride on a balance bike move straight to a pedal bike without ever needing training wheels.

Does Kittoo need assembly?
Kittoo comes pre-assembled in the box with only the handlebar needing attaching. The handlebar has q printed guide on it that will help align the handlebar according to your child’s requirements. All this with a simple Allen key that comes inside the box.

What is Kittoo made from?
A rust-free 6063 aluminium frame and fork, sealed bearing hubs, spoked wheels, and pneumatic (air-filled) rubber tyres mean Kittoo is built to handle mud, rain, potholes and any adventure that is thrown at it. 

How much does Kittoo weigh?
Approximately 4.2kg — light enough for most toddlers to learn, lift and enjoy their ticket to the great outdoors.

What colours is Kittoo available in?
Kittoo currently comes in 4 colours namely Red, Green, Yellow and White. 

Ordering & Payment

Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
At the moment, we DO NOT offer Cash on Delivery however we are always looking at improving our outreach and customer service and we will be looking at adding it in the not so distant future.

What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept payments via Razorpay Secure (UPI, Card, Int'l Card, Apple Pay)

Shipping

Do you ship across India?
Yes — we ship pan-India. Orders are dispatched within 2 business days, and delivery typically takes 2 to 5 business days depending on your location. 

How do I track my order?
You'll receive a confirmation email upon placing an order and and a tracking link as soon as your order leaves our trusty hands.

Warranty & Care

Is Kittoo covered by a warranty?
Yes — every Kittoo comes with a 1-year warranty against any manufacturing defects. 

Can I hose it down after a muddy ride?
Yes. The frame and components are rust-proof, so a hose-down is fine — just make sure it's dry before any form of long-term storage.

How do I adjust the seat and handlebars?
A simple Allen Key (provided with the bike) can adjust Kittoo to suit your little one.
